I have visited this place on the Saturday afternoon and had a great experience. The place was rather quite at this time, most probably because it was a Saturday afternoon and also a day between holidays and I could take my time to get all the informations that I needed. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The place itself is located at the main railway station of this beautiful city. Since there is not much more to say about the place I will say couple of words about the railway system that is here. Although there are times when the train is late it is most of the time for just a few minutes and it is happening now and then. While there are other ways to commute I believe this is the best, at least in this area. If you are for example traveling on the working day early in the morning this is I believe the fastest way to reach your destination as you will avoid the congestion at the highway and on the city streets. Also it is worth to mention that if you, for example bay a daily ticket, the same is valid for the user through the entire day on all types of public transport and not just trains.
